Naomi Hudson

Naomi leads Deloitte’s Strategic Cost Reduction practice for UKI.

She is a Transformation Consulting partner with more than 25 years consulting experience across FTSE 50 blue chip companies. Her experience includes leading and delivering the largest and most complex cost reduction consulting programmes delivered by the consulting sector – global in focus and covering consumer, retail and services clients these high millions to multi billions cost improvement projects bring substantial value to her clients. Naomi is well known for her work as lead consultant for Unilever, saving that company €2.6Bn on an annual basis and for being heavily involved in the defence of UL against the Kraft Heinz takeover in 2017.  Prior to Deloitte she was a partner at McKinsey and a Senior Managing Director at Accenture. Naomi is regularly asked to talk on performance improvement at industry and analyst events/CFO roundtables.

Naomi sits on the Audit and Risk Committee at Loughborough University and has been a lay member of council since 2022.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and graduated from Loughborough with a BSc Hons in Accounting and Financial Management.
