Background:
Marios Georgiou holds a Master’s Degree in Automotive Systems Engineering and a PhD in Turbine Wheel/Blade Dynamics and Vibration, both from the Aeronautical and Automotive Engineering Department at Loughborough University. His research interests are primarily focused on multi-body dynamics modelling, parameterisation, and Energy Systems.
In 2024, he joined the academic staff of the Department of Aeronautical and Automotive Engineering, where he contributes his expertise to a range of teaching modules and research initiatives.
