Staff Meditation Sessions

About this event

Time to breathe. Time to take a break. Time for you. Join the Chaplaincy Team for their monthly staff meditation sessions led by Natalie Steel.

Explore how to:

  • Make time & space for meditation to establish a daily practice
  • Harness your thoughts, emotions and responses
  • Use your meditation skills in everyday life

There are 3 scheduled dates in Semester 2 (see below), you're welcome to book onto more than one session or add at a later date.

  • Thursday 30 January 12.15pm-1pm
  • Thursday 27 February 12.15pm-1pm
  • Thursday 27 March 12.15pm-1pm

There are 12 spaces available for this meditation session. The session will follow a learn-practical application structure; 15 mins learning about how meditation can be used to develop wellbeing and 15-20 mins meditation practice.
