Our ERP solution is currently known as Agresso, which is provided by Unit 4. It is our finance system, but is also integral to our operations; colleagues use it to order goods and services, it is integrated with the systems that students use to pay fees, and the tills and payment platforms in our shops and facilities.  

Following market analysis and requirement scoping, we are retaining Unit 4 as our supplier, but moving to a cloud-based solution to ensure we retain system support and on-going security updates. Importantly, this also gives us an opportunity to enhance system capability, modernise the user experience and simplify processes that impact colleagues.

Engagement with Schools and Services is already underway and colleagues will be involved in workshops over the coming months, prior to the design and implementation period.

We will be providing regular updates as the project evolves, more detailed communications to colleagues directly impacted, and developing training programmes ahead of launch.
