Development Opportunity: Full programme of Leadership Learning Sprints out now

As we continue our commitment to creating a culture of continuous learning and development, we are thrilled to announce a full programme of Leadership Learning Sprints.

These interactive sessions, designed to provide valuable insights and practical tools to enhance leadership skills, are a great opportunity for us all to grow and develop.

As we move forward into the spring, join us and our subject matter experts for opportunities to debate, share knowledge and connect with colleagues from across the University.

Why join?

Here’s what some of our colleagues have said about their experiences of recent sprints:

“It was an insightful session and a good opportunity to reflect on my own approach. It’s reassuring to hear people experiencing similar challenges.”

“The sprint sessions are great, because of the simple focus of the specific sprint, it's much easier to focus on and participate in, with opportunities for engagement. Glad to see people of all levels and grades getting involved.”
