Print, Post & Logistics – Herbert Manzoni Loading Bay

Why does the work need to be done?

Essential electrical work needs to be undertaken within the Herbert Manzoni Building, removing all power from our service. Contractors will be in the building at this time.

Timescale

We will close at 5pm on Thursday 17th April and not re-open until 9am on Monday 28th April

How will the works affect me?

  • Most of our services will be unavailable including production print, our Herbert Manzoni reception and our ability to accept mail and parcel deliveries on behalf of staff, students and campus partners.
  • The Campus Printers across our campus will function as normal, and our team will remotely support them.
  • The Online Shop will be available to take orders, but turnaround times will be extended to account for the print machinery downtime. We will fulfil orders in line with defined due dates, once we are open again.

How do I feedback on this information?

We are very aware of the potential impact this closure will have on the Loughborough campus and welcome all feedback about anything we should be considering alternative arrangements for.
