Profile

Andrew is a PhD researcher in resilience and innovation, with a specific focus on cyber resilience.

Prior to joining Loughborough University, Andrew had a career delivering IT solutions to big industry, healthcare and government. 

Andrew is currently completing a comparative study of international perspectives on cyber resilience and cyber warfare.

He is able to comment on critical incidents and step-changes in technology, and has a passion for improving public understanding of serious incidents. 

Andrew worked with CNN and Globelynx to respond to the 2024 CrowdStrike incident and featured in stories by LBC, The Times, and Business Insider, to name but a few media outlets.
