Profile
Jonathan is an expert in the function and performance of human muscles during exercise and sports. He studies the measurement and determinants of strength, speed and power, as well as the adaptations to exercise such as strength/resistance training. Jonathan has a wide range of sporting interests, particularly running, football and outdoor sports including canoeing and kayaking.
