The deal will see Element have a significant presence at three home fixtures this season, which began against London Pulse on 22 March.
Fans will see Element in various aspects of the matchday experience, including fan clappers, in-venue branding, as well as having a presence in the fan zone.
Element Passive Fire Protection, based nearby in Sutton Bonington, are locally founded fire safety experts who provide fire compartmentation surveys, fire door installation, and fire protection services.
The company also provide passive fire protection services, to ensure organisations keep their customers, employees, and surroundings safe in the event of fire.
Element will also support Lightning’s community focus with an under-18 ticket subsidy, allowing more young people to experience elite Netball in the rejuvenated Netball Super League (NSL).
With two wins from four games, Vic Burgess’ team continue their pursuit for a third consecutive Netball Super League title with the team’s next fixture against Cardiff Dragons at Sir David Wallace on campus on Saturday 12 April (6 pm).
