The Japanese 1 course will run for 10 weeks starting on Wednesday 5 February to Wednesday 7 May 2025, from 4pm to 6pm on campus.

This course is perfect for those with little or no knowledge of the language.
We will cover the below key areas and introduce flexibility to help you progress:
- Focus: Develop essential conversational skills, including introductions, time-telling, and shopping.
- Methodology: Emphasise listening, speaking, and sentence structure practice.
- Self-Study: Include reviewing classwork, practicing language skills, and learning to read and write Japanese characters (Kana).
