Associate Professor Cecilia González Tokman, University of Queensland
Cecilia González Tokman is an associate professor at the University of Queensland’s School of Mathematics and Physics. She completed undergraduate studies at Universidad de Guanajuato / CIMAT (Mexico) and a PhD at the University of Maryland (USA). She has held research fellowships from the Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (PIMS, Canada) and the Australian Research Council (ARC).
Professor Jeffrey A. Nittrouer, Texas Tech University
Professor Jeffrey A. Nittrouer's research focuses on understanding linkages between fluid dynamics, sediment transport processes, and accumulation patterns for fluvial-deltaic and coastal systems. This work aims to evaluate Earth’s surface evolution, focusing on environments where changing boundary conditions, including water discharge and sediment supply, impact flooding hazards and landscape development. Their methods include collecting detailed, targeted measurements from modern systems to inform numerical models.
Professor Bruno Charbonneau, Royal Military College Saint-Jean
Bruno Charbonneau (PhD, Queen’s University, Canada) is Professor of International Studies at the Royal Military College Saint-Jean, Senior Scientific Advisor to the NATO Climate Change and Security Centre of Excellence, Founding President of the Climate Security Association of Canada, and Founding Director of the Centre FrancoPaix in conflict resolution at the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Ms Ananya Bhattacharya, Banglanatak Dot Com
Ananya Bhattacharya is the Co-Founder and Director of banglanatak dot com, a social enterprise headquartered in Kolkata, India, that fosters inclusive and sustainable development through culture-based approaches. With over 35 years of global work experience, she has been instrumental in protection and promotion of gender rights and safeguarding living heritage.
Dr Carmen Pérez González, University Carlos III De Madrid
Carmen Pérez has been a Full Professor of Public International Law and International Relations at Carlos III University of Madrid since 2025. She is the author of a significant number of works on international and EU sports law, the fight against doping, and the protection of athletes' fundamental rights.
Dr Vinícius Teixeira Pinto, Universidade Federal de Pelotas
Vinícius Teixeira Pinto is CNPq portdoctoral research fellow (2025-), lecturer in the Department of Anthropology and Archaeology at the Federal University of Pelotas, Brazil (2023-2025) and member of the Anthropology of Economics and Politics Group (GAEP/UFRGS) and the Laboratory for Teaching, Research and Production in Anthropology of Image and Sound (Leppais/UFPel).
Dr Yolandi Burger, Loughborough University Research Fellow
Yolandi’s expertise is in co-design methodologies, responsible citizenship, social change, and research impact, applied in the context of collaboration between local communities, creative industries practitioners, and NGOs.
