Kevin graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Applied Sport Science in 2018, closely followed by his MSc in Sports Biomechanics in 2020. After a period of working as a Senior Laboratory Technician, he now works as a PGUT in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences. In his role as PGUT, Kevin provides support for seminars and laboratory-based teaching for a mixture of both undergraduate and postgraduate modules. Alongside his work in the School, he is conducting Doctoral research into musculoskeletal muscle function modelling of maximal sprinting.
Kevin’s main sporting interests are based around swimming, triathlon and weightlifting, all sports in which he has competed. As a swimmer, he represented England as a Junior, holds a British Record, and competed nationally for over a decade and at international events until his retirement from the sport in 2019.
