An invitation to all DRs for an upcoming workshop organised by C-DICE, which aims to explore transferable skills necessary to advance towards net zero objectives.
What transferable skills are required from researchers as we progress towards net zero?
C-DICE is creating a framework to map out the higher-level transferable skills needed to progress towards net zero objectives. We invite you to join our short workshop to help shape this framework. Our goal is to create a tool that assists researchers across multiple disciplines in planning their professional development and articulating their transferable skills.
We hope it will also be useful for you as researcher developers, both as a tool to support researchers, as well as to help you plan your programmes and delivery, aligned to expectations from the new Concordat for Environmental Sustainability and People, Culture, and Environment aspect of the Research Excellence Framework (REF PCE).
Date & Time: 1 May 2025 | 1:00 - 2:00pm
Please email Karishma Joshi if you would like to join so they can send you a calendar invite with the joining link.
On another note, the latest C-DICE newsletter is out now.
