Student Curator Internship
Here at the Library, we want to celebrate the diversity of our student population through our library collections. In 2025, the Library collaborated with the careers services Talent Match to facilitate the student curator internship. Focusing on EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) topics and providing an opportunity for students to engage with the library's current collections while promoting inclusivity, representation, and diverse perspectives.
Interns in this role are tasked with curating exhibits, selecting and expanding materials, and assisting with programs that highlight underrepresented voices, cultures, and histories. They may also help in researching and organising events that foster a more inclusive learning environment, ensuring the library serves as a resource for all communities. This internship helps develop skills in research, curation, and public outreach while contributing to important societal goals of equity and diversity.
