Martha is a volunteer coach for the Gaelic Football Club, specifically coaching the ladies team. Martha actively researches and educates herself on the sport, learning coaching strategies, drills, tactics and has demonstrated great knowledge on the rules of the game.

Ben has earned huge amounts of respect in both IMS and AU fields, with his consistency, expertise and fantastic performances in high pressure matches earning him huge plaudits and respect within the officiating community. His motivation to not only develop others, but also his own game, highlights him event more as a role model to all referees.

Lightning Netball Operations Placement, Handball Club Secretary, Lightning Netball Event Coordinator, Rutherford Sport Sec as well as various event roles.
Emma has volunteered in many capacities through her time studying at Loughborough, most notably within Lightning Netball as an Event Coordinator, which later led into their Operations placement. She has excelled in both roles and brought tremendous value to the programme

Param always goes above and beyond to support events and has done so since his first event in October. In addition to his Coordinator role with Lightning Netball, Param was selected as a Volunteer Manager at BUCS Big Wednesday, providing amazing support to volunteers and leading by example for those around him.

Srikanth has been a devoted volunteer showcasing a great attitude towards supporting his fellow volunteers in ensuring that each event runs smoothly. Always there to lend a hand, Srikanth always goes above and beyond the role he has been assigned, often staying back to ensure that the event has been a complete success

Tennis Coach, Tennis Coach Co-ordinator, Event Co-ordinator for Recreational Sport Exec, Media, Marketing and Communications Officer for Tennis Programme.
Olivia has been a key volunteer in Tennis coaching, as well as being an MMC Officer, Tennis Activator and Rec Exec Events Coordinator. This year she was Tennis Coach Co-ordinator and Rec Exec Events Co-ordinator.

Stephanie Heck
Vice Chair of Loughborough Students Women’s Football Club and Football Coordinator Social Sport
Stephanie is the Football Coordinator for Social Sport this year. She makes sure to interact with all players across the 11 leagues, so they all feel a sense of belonging at the sessions. This year she has also kick-started the first Female Only League within Social Sport to make sure that female footballers on campus have a place to feel safe when playing and enjoying the sport.

Erin has played an incredible role in developing Women's Rugby at Loughborough University. Being chair for two years, Erin has championed women's rugby and seen the introduction of the 3's team, whilst also chairing the club when they fielded four women's rugby teams for the first time.

In addition to being a high-level umpire herself, Viv has taken on the role of Women's Hockey Umpire Sec and has done a brilliant job organising umpires and supporting the men's club with their umpire organisation.

Through his time at Loughborough, Josh has developed into the nation’s youngest Level 3 Football Official. This has been no easy feat, and it is a testament to the hard work and passion he dedicates to his own officiating and helping to develop those around him.

Ella has been such a reliable and creative addition to the Lightning Wheelchair Basketball programme. She is an excellent example of a MMC volunteer that is dedicated and driven to develop her own content creation but also enhance the reputation of the programme.

Her enthusiasm and dedication to Nutrition has contributed to some incredible successes with the programmes she has supported.

Faye has interned with the performance nutrition team since last summer, working closely with the Men’s and Women’s Lightning Rugby teams - including planning and contributing to refuel and recovery workshops, and creating infographics for the teams and within Powerbase gym.
