EmpowerHER is back!
In celebration of International Women’s Day, EmpowerHER at Loughborough is dedicated to breaking down barriers to physical activity in a supportive and inclusive space for women and non-binary students and staff.
We recognise that societal pressures, self-doubt, and other challenges can make it harder to get active. That’s why we’re creating comfortable, confidence-boosting environments with activities and events designed to empower everyone to get involved in a way that works for them.
From Girls’ Night In to coffee & cake catch-ups, there’s something for everyone, so spread the word and join us for a week of exciting activities!
