Arrival information
At Loughborough, we allocate students with a specific arrival date so that you don’t all arrive at once. This will enable us to control the number of people arriving on to campus each day and ensure the safety of all members of our community.
Arrival week is scheduled before your first day of term to ensure you have time to enrol, attend your induction and get to know other new students.
Once you have accepted your contract, you are required to complete an online Living in Halls induction with instructions on how to book your arrival slot.

All first year international students can arrive from Monday 22 September 2025, make sure to email us with proof of flight if you're planning to move in before your hall arrival date.
There will be an early room rate of £25 per night for international students arriving earlier than their hall start date. This will be added to your student account and will be visible in your first instalment - you don't need to pay in advance.
