Enhancing student skills for life and work, whilst also offering valuable high quality experience opportunities, supports the University's strategic aim to strengthen our sector-leading position for education and student experience.
The Talent Match summer internships will run for eight weeks from July to September and will be fully funded from a central budget. This is a great opportunity for Departments to elevate your projects and fulfil resourcing needs with fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and cutting-edge skills. Funding will be available for approximately 38 internships with an approximate 50-50 split of academic/research-focused and administrative-focused roles.
To express your interest, please complete the online application form by Friday 14 February. Please note that the ability to fund all roles will be dependent on the volume of applications the Careers Network receives, and they cannot guarantee funding for all roles. If you can self-fund the internship within your department, please indicate this on the form.
The Careers Network will be responsible for marketing roles to students, collating applications, and shortlisting candidates. Schools and Departments will interview candidates and appoint their Talent Match summer intern/s.
