Description of the works
INSTALL BESPOKE GUTTER LINING IN THE EXISTING ROOF GUTTERS EXTERNALLY - LOUGHBOROUGH UNIVERSITY EAST PARK CAMPUS.
As part of ongoing maintenance improvements, we are upgrading the gutter lining on the roof of the PowerBase (2 Buildings) by installing a bespoke lining system to mitigate water ingress issues experienced in recent times.
The principal contractor for this project is NRA Roofing & Flooring Ltd (Ilkeston).
Our subcontractor, White Rose Scaffolding Ltd (Leeds), will be on-site tomorrow, Friday, 4 April 2025, to begin erecting the access scaffolding and protective guardrails in preparation for the project.
There may be some disruption to building users therefore we request adherence to all safety warnings and notices issued in relation to this work
